A native of Cambridge (Hespeler), Ontario, Anne emerged from the confines of a suburban hockey town to develop a love of music, pop culture and all things awesome. 

In 2008, she began writing for Wilfrid Laurier University’s newspaper, The Cord, and by 2009, Anne was writing for various pop culture-oriented publications and websites in Toronto, Los Angeles and New York.  Fuelled by her passion for writing and love of the arts, she’s been lucky enough to interview bands like Marcy Playground and Underworld, and actors such as Tatyana Ali and Robert Englund, attempting to seem cool, calm and collected while doing so – hopefully.
